Giorgio Moroder Enlists Classic Australian Pop Star For Daft Punk-esque Single

Taking a cue from Flight Facilities, disco-dude and recent Daft Punk collaborator Giorgio Moroder has enlisted pop starlet Kylie Minogue for a feature on his new single “Right Here, Right Now” and it’s not half bad.

It certainly doesn’t instantly command your attention and would be more filed away as a grower but the instrumental side of things is pretty tight while Kylie’s voice slips and slides over the funky beat that even Daft Punk might have had a hand in.

Sidenote there definitely isn’t enough gif’s of Kylie’s gold shorts on the internet…

The tracks final home is on G’s forthcoming album ’74 is the New 24′ which is due out at some stage this year, think a month or two and will also feature other pop stars Sia and Britney Spears, HA!

Is it cool in a non-cool sort of way?
